Abstract
In India the common occupational problem among the workers are musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are injuries and disorders of the muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, joints, cartilage and spinal disks. The low back or lumber area, serves a number of important functions for the men in working area.
